My goal is to provide individuals and couples with a relaxed, accepting, positive approach to therapy similar to that of a coach; Therapeutic Coaching. I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, stress/self-care, grief and loss, parenting/relationships and emotional wellness.
I utilize CBT, Solution Focused therapy and Improv Therapy in my practice. If you feel like you would like to feel more comfortable with yourself, meeting people or just want to increase your fun quotient, then Improv Therapy is the way to do it. Improv therapy is a supportive, non-threatening way to learn to say yes, become a better listener, and improve your relationships while having fun.
